KELLEN ANNOUNCES MOLLY ALTON MULLINS AS NEW EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Alton Mullins will Focus on Client Growth, Forward-Thinking Results, and Board Management

Washington, D.C. (September 15, 2022)Kellen, the leading global management and services provider to professional associations and trade organizations, announced that Molly Alton Mullins has joined Kellen as Executive Vice President. The addition of Alton Mullins strengthens Kellen’s core association management function.

This leadership announcement is part of Kellen’s acquisition of SEVEN12 Management, an association management company (AMC) located in Annapolis, MD, by Kellen last month. “Having run an AMC for a number of years, I understand this business and what clients are looking for, ‎as well as what makes them successful,” said Alton Mullins. “By joining forces with Kellen, my team and I have combined with an ‎exceptionally talented group of professionals in an environment well positioned for growth. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity for well run, scalable AMCs, and we have that at Kellen. I am honored to be a part of a team focused on growth and I ‎am looking forward to sharing what we have to offer our clients in the future.‎”

After starting her career on Capitol Hill, Alton Mullins worked for several standalone associations for more than 10 years. She made the move to the AMC model seven years ago, which allowed her to mix her business experience with her passion for working with boards and diverse professionals.

“This job is all about relationships, and nothing matters more to me ‎than the people I get to spend my days with and how we take care of each other, and our clients. I will ‎do everything I can to help us all be successful, and I’m honored to continue to do that as part of Kellen,” commented Alton Mullins.‎

“Kellen values leaders who take action and drive progress, focus on outcomes and influence positive change to achieve our clients’ goals,” said Kellen CEO, Travis Rush. “Molly is a true industry leader who embodies our values as much as anyone I’ve met, and I’m thrilled we are able to bring her on board. She will be a positive influence on our employees and our clients and ultimately help us reach our goal to be the best association management company in the world.”

The synergies of SEVEN12 build off Kellen’s recent successful acquisition of PAI Management, a Bethesda, Maryland-based AMC. Kellen proudly welcomed the PAI staff, with former PAI President, James Vrac, joining Kellen’s senior leadership team overseeing our healthcare vertical. These investments strategically diversify Kellen’s client portfolio and talent, while further strengthening its position as the leading global management company.
