Kellen Company Executives Selected for Key NYSAE Committee Posts

 

NEW YORK, NY (July 2009) Several Kellen Company executives were recently selected by the New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) for various key committee roles throughout the organization.

“We are extremely proud of the contributions our staff has made to NYSAE, and their appointment to serve this organization,” said Peter Rush, Chairman and CEO of Kellen Company. “We actively encourage our employee-owners to make a positive contribution to any organization they join, demonstrating the commitment and leadership our clients know us for.”

Michael Cummings, Kellen’s business development manager, recent recipient of NYSAE’s New Star Award, will serve as chair of the education committee, which determines the educational needs of members and potential members, providing opportunities to address those needs.  This year, the committee is tasked with providing programs directed to both the c3 and c6 not-for-profit community.

Holly Koenig, Kellen vice president, has been tapped as vice chair, membership development committee. She will support the committee in their task of increasing NYSAE’s membership.

Maria Ungaro, Kellen senior account executive, will serve as a member of the awards committee, where she will assist in developing categories and criteria for awards presented by NYSAE, and this year is charged with developing the promotion program for the 2009 Awards. 

Ralph Vasami, Kellen group vice president, will serve as a member of the public affairs committee, supporting in its mission to identify issues of importance to NYSAE member sand their organizations and involve them in advocacy issues.
