Selects Kellen Company for Full-Service Management
Atlanta, GA (November 4, 2008) – The board of directors of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) announced today that it has selected Kellen Company for fullservice association management of its 4,000-member food and beverage professional organization. Kellen Company is a global professional services firm with operations in New York City, Washington, DC, Atlanta, Tucson, Brussels and Beijing.
Founded in 1978 and currently the world’s largest and leading culinary professional association representing the “who’s who” in the food world, IACP serves as a resource and support system for food professionals worldwide. With membership programs, education, certification, networking, tools and events at the forefront of today’s culinary industry, the association’s mission is to help its members achieve career success ethically, responsibly and professionally.

Effective November 1, IACP will be headquartered in Atlanta under the leadership of Kellen Company. Vickie Mabry will serve IACP as executive director. Ms. Mabry has more than 20 years experience as an association professional, including experience with a variety of food industry associations at the Kellen Company.
Kellen Company will manage all aspects of IACP, including membership services, financial
services, strategic planning, education, government affairs, communications, marketing and
events management. IACP will leverage Kellen’s proven membership recruitment and retention
strategies to continue to enhance the IACP-member experience and benefits, reinforcing the
association’s industry leadership. IACP will also tap Kellen’s extensive global services and
capabilities to maximize opportunities for membership development and growth worldwide.
