RICHARD CRISTOL ELECTED TO IAAMC BOARD

Washington, D.C. (August 24, 2005) — Richard E. Cristol, Executive Vice President of the Kellen Company and Managing Director of the company’s Washington, D.C. office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the International Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC). Kellen Company is a global professional services firm, and the premier international association management company (AMC).

As a member of IAAMC’s 14–person Board, Cristol will direct the association’s activities for the fiscal year 2005-2006. This includes the organization’s standards and accreditation program, educational efforts, marketing strategy and member benefits.

A Kellen Company employee since 1977, Cristol has more than 28 years of association management experience. He is engaged in numerous activities on behalf of Kellen’s association clients, including legislative and regulatory representation, management of industry research and promotional programs. Cristol serves as President of the Association for Dressings and Sauces, President of the National Association of Margarine Manufacturers, Senior Staff Officer of the Messenger Courier Association of the Americas, and Executive Director of three associations: the National Institute of Oilseed Products, the National Pasta Association and the Food Update Foundation.
