The Kellen Company Elects Michael Brooks CFO, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary
ATLANTA, GA (March 25, 2004) – Michael Brooks has joined The Kellen Company, the second largest professional association management firm in the country, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. His responsibilities include managing accounting, ensuring an efficient and effective infrastructure and directing all information technology, administrative operations, risk management, best practices and financial planning & analysis activities for The Kellen Company.

At ACNielsen, Brooks recently launched a global best practices initiative spanning three areas: information technology, finance and human resources. Previously, he served as SVP, CFO - Europe and SVP, CFO - US. His efforts in those areas resulted in increased shareholder value and client and employee satisfaction.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles, including CFO of Johanna Foods and Vice President, Finance, of Kraft Food’s Dairy Group. Brooks holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Finance from Wilkes University.
