Prior to working for The Kellen Company, Palcher served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Pharmaceutical Care Management Association (PCMA). Additionally, she was an editor at both the Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc. (ACB) and the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).
