The Kellen Company Acquires Management Plus, Ltd.
ATLANTA, GA (December 10, 2003) – The Kellen Company, one of the world's largest association management firms, announces the acquisition of Management Plus, Ltd., Tucson, Arizona. Management Plus manages eleven full-service clients. The acquisition continues the growth of The Kellen Company as the most dynamic association management firm in the industry. Deborah Barnett and Laury Gelardi, principals of MPL, will become vice presidents at The Kellen Company.
