Randy Ma
Manager Beijing Office, The Kellen Company
Randy Ma is the manager of the Beijing office of the Kellen Company, a leading Association Management Company worldwide. In this capacity, Ma manages Kellen’s China operation and services association members locally.
Prior to joining Kellen, Ma worked as the Regional Marketing Manager for the Business Software Alliance, acting as a spokesperson for the industry and supervising the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in China. Ma has also worked as the China commercial representative for the Motion Picture Association of America in Beijing focusing on IPR protection and market access policy for MPAA’s member studios. From 2003-2005, Ma was the China partner consultant for Connors & Associates, a Singapore based consulting company specializing in the marketing of the digital distribution of entertainment content. In the same period, Ma also served in a consulting role for the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and a training consultant on business acumen. During 1994-1996, Ma worked as a Business Analyst at Richina Advisors, advising foreign corporations thinking about setting up a presence in China. Ma is also a listed IPR expert by the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Ma holds a B.A. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
