Ms. Yu Lu
Secretary General, China Consulting Association
Madam Yu Lu is the founding member and the Secretary General of the China Consulting Association. The CCA is affiliated with the China Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). Since 1993, Yu Lu has promoted the development of the China consulting sector on behalf of MOST. Yu Lu led and participated in a countrywide survey on consulting enterprises and organization entities in China. She led her team in conducting more than one thousand interviews.
In addition, Yu Lu was responsible for the implementation of a major consulting project sponsored by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and organized the China training projects launched by the UN Development Program. Yu Lu is known as one of most active organization reform advocators in China, and has been devoted to relating policy study, service research, and training.
Yu Lu has also held the position of Chief Researcher of the Information Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology. She holds a masters degree in philosophy from China Central Minority Nationality University and a Ph.D. in management from China Harbin Industrial University.
