Payments
The registration fee is $295. This includes breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Payments may be made by American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Payments must be received prior to attending the conference.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be subject to a $50 administration fee if received prior to November 29th, 2007. No refunds will be issued after this date.
