On-Site Management

Our worldwide meetings professionals (CMP certified) manage 250–300 meetings, events and tradeshows, annually and handle all logistical aspects, including:

• Staff 
• Speakers, presenters and VIPs
• Third party vendors and audio visual (AV)
• Signage
• Sponsorship
• Headcounts
• Event orders
• Attendee check-in desk and on-site registration
• Disbursement of conference materials
• Run of show (including entertainment and staging)
• Transportation (as required)
• Special events such as sports tournaments and off-property functions
