SUSAN B. McMAHON
Vice President
Susan McMahon is a Vice President for the Kellen Company with 31 years of experience in non-profit management. Since joining the Kellen Company she has served as the Executive Director of the company’s largest national professional society client and as Senior Advisor to two other professional societies. She is also responsible for operation of the Kellen Company Tucson office.
Prior to joining the Kellen Company in 2005, Ms. McMahon served 29 years in various capacities for the Ray Graham Association For People With Disabilities in Illinois. The Ray Graham Association is a private not for profit agency, with an annual budget in excess of $1.7 million, providing residential, recreational, developmental, vocational and respite services at 39 locations to approximately 2,300 children and adults in the Chicago suburbs. Her final role was In-House Counsel, Director of Operations. In addition, for 18 years, she was responsible for the operations of Life’sPlan, Inc., which offers estate planning opportunities for individuals with disabilities and provides oversight to three pooled trust accounts with investments in excess of $3.5 million.
Ms. McMahon currently serves as Executive Director of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a Senior Advisor to the National Elder Law Foundation and the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
Ms. McMahon holds a bachelor's degree in special education and psychology from MacMurray College in Illinois and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law in Illinois.
