MARSHA WALKER
Vice President
Marsha Walker is the Kellen Company's Director of Human Resources. She has more than 20 years' experience as a Human Resources professional. She plans, directs, and coordinates the development and implementation of human resources programs for new employment, employee benefits, salary administration, developmental education, training, and administration. She establishes short- and long-term goals to ensure these programs meet the philosophies and objectives of the Kellen Company. She monitors human resources developments throughout the United States and Belgium. She educates company management in the interpretation and application of established human resources policies and applicable legislation. She manages the company's HR department and is responsible for assuring adherance to the Kellen Company's human resources practices.
Prior to joining the Kellen Company, Marsha was employed as a Human Resources Professional with American Express Travel Related Services Company and Cigna Property and Casualty.
Marsha earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Norfolk College and has completed numerous professional continuing education credits in team communications, employment legislation, ADA, FMLA, and background investigations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1982.
