MARSHA WALKER
Vice President
Marsha Walker is Kellen Company's Director of Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. She plans, directs and coordinates the development and implementation of human resources programs for new employment, employee benefits, salary administration, developmental education, training and administration. She establishes short- and long-term goals to ensure these programs meet the philosophies and objectives of Kellen Company.
As well, Walker monitors human resources developments throughout Kellen’s global offices. She educates company management in the interpretation and application of established human resources policies and applicable legislation. She manages the company's human resources department and is responsible for ensuring adherence to Kellen Company's human resources practices.
Prior to joining Kellen Company, Walker was employed as a human resources professional with American Express Travel Related Services Company and Cigna Property and Casualty.
Walker earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Norfolk College and has completed numerous professional continuing education credits in team communications, employment legislation, ADA, FMLA and background investigations. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1982.
