HOLLY J. KOENIG
Vice President

Holly Koenig is Vice President of Kellen Company, a global professional services company that serves more than 100 associations, not-for-profits and corporate clients.   At Kellen since 1987, Holly has served as chief executive of numerous national, regional and local trade associations and professional societies.  Holly’s areas of expertise are in strategic counsel, leadership development, alternative revenue streams and sponsorships and corporate alliances.

Currently Holly chairs Kellen’s national business development team and provides senior executive oversight and strategic support to a number of Executive Directors in Kellen’s New York City headquarters.  Some of the organizations she is responsible for include New York Women in Communications, Home Fashion Products Association and the Greater NY Chapter of the Association for Fundraising Professionals.  Holly was also recently named Executive Director of the World Airline Entertainment Association, an international trade group of airlines and service providers of in-flight entertainment and telecommunications.  Prior to joining Kellen, Holly held several marketing and creative positions in both the hospitality and advertising industries, including 9 years at Benton & Bowles Advertising Agency, in the television production and creative departments.

A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Holly has been an active member of New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) since her start in association management. Through NYSAE, Holly was recognized by her industry peers with the annual Outstanding Association Executive Synergy Award.  She is also a former Board member of the Comedy Cures Foundation and past President of the International Furnishings & Design Association New York Chapter.

Holly is a speaker on many association and organizational subjects and she conducts internal training and educational workshops at Kellen on such topics as financial management, exceeding client expectations and Board development.   She has published numerous articles for the association and not-for-profit communities.  Holly enjoys career coaching, sharing best practices with other association executives and mentoring young professionals.

Holly lives on Long Island with her husband, Andrew, an Attorney, and her 9-year- old daughter, Lauren, a future association executive.
